Q: Where are you based?

A: England, United Kingdom.

Q: I have a question that isn't answered here / shipping concern / question.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A:  Within 1-3 days for smaller items that can be dropped off at the post box(small prints,charms, enamel pins) , 2-7 days for larger items(A4 Prints, Plushies, large packages etc) and tracked packages that require me to go to the post office. 

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: 
U.K: 2-5 days

International standard: 2-5 weeks.

Q: Does Shipping include tracking?

A: If the standard shipping option is selected, it does not include tracking. Tracked shipping is available across all products and can be selected at checkout.

Q: My order arrived damaged.

A: Please contact me at bethanystst@gmail.com as soon as possible! I try to my best ability to package items as securely as I can so no damage should occur during transit, but the occasional slip up can happen where a print arrives bent or a keychain arrives broken. If your item arrived damaged, please send me photo evidence of the damage(attach as file via e-mail) and I will resend a replacement item to you if i still have it in stock. If you ordered a variety of items, I will send a replacement of the item that arrived damaged.

Q: HELP! I entered the wrong address.
A: Please contact me as soon as possible at bethanystst@gmail.com or through my instagram DMs(@milkoe) and I'll change it for you if the package is still in my hands. If it's already been shipped out, there's not much else I can do other than wait for it to return to me and then reship it. 

Packaging
Q: How is my order packaged?
A: Every product has different packaging specific to that product, please check the descriptions of each item! All smaller items such as charms or enamel pins will always have a plastic or cloth bag to extra protect them during shipping. 

Lost item
Q: My order still hasn't arrived yet.
A: If your items have still not arrived after 6-12 weeks i will consider them lost. Please contact me at bethanystst@gmail.com to arrange a free replacement of the lost items.
